Kwame Dixon

Owner of Parisi Speed School of Raleigh

Kwame Dixon is a 1987 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where he played football and earned a bachelor's degree in business administration.  Coach Kwame Dixon entered his first season on the NCCU coaching staff as wide receivers coach in 2011 for Green Hope High School Eagles after spending the past eight seasons as a head football coach on the high school level. For three seasons (2005-07), Dixon served as head coach at West Johnston High School in Benson, N.C. In 2007, he led the Wildcats to a single-season school record seven victories (7-5), the school's first-ever state playoff appearance and the program's highest conference finish at second place in the Greater Neuse Conference. During the 2000-04 seasons, Dixon was head coach at Cambridge (Mass.) High School, where he posted the highest winning percentage in school history, recorded the most wins in a single season and was voted as 2003 Massachusetts Coach of the Year.

On the collegiate level, Dixon has worked as wide receivers coach at the University of Rhode Island (1999), and held terms as assistant head coach/quarterbacks coach and running backs coach/recruiting coordinator at Northern Arizona University (1995-98). In 2003, Dixon was named the Coach of the Year, and he has the highest winning percentage in Cambridge school history. He also holds the Cambridge record for the most wins in a single season. Dixon was also named the NFL/New England Patriots Coach of the Week two times at Cambridge, and he recorded the first back-to-back eight win seasons in Cambridge history.  He has also performed NFL summer internships with the Green Bay Packers (1998) and Carolina Panthers (1996).

Jamaal Jones

Graduated from Wakefield high School in 2011 where I was a 1st team All- Conference Linebacker in football and Iron-Man award winner for the team.

After high school, I then went to Louisburg College in 2012 where I continued playing football. I had the privilege of being on a team that attended the Graphic Edge bowl in Cedar Falls, Iowa.

After leaving Louisburg college I developed a passion for athletic and personal training. I loved working out, studying proprecipitation and had accumulated knowledge that I knew could assist others in living healthier lifestyles.

During my nearly 8 years of training, I have been certified through the National association of Fitness Certifications, Parisi athletic Speed certification and CPR certified. I have a grand understanding of the Marinovich Training system and will be attaining my National Strength and Conditioning Certification to further my knowledge of the body and proper exercise etiquette.

Rodney Rowe

Rodney Rowe (born March 17, 1997) is an American track and field sprinter specializing in the 100 and 200 meters. Rowe competed at the collegiate level for North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University where he was 4 Time All-American and 10 Time MEAC champion. He attended high school at Clayton High School in Clayton, North Carolina. His mission is to help young athletes to be able to chase their dreams and accomplish the goals they have set out for themselves.

Nathaniel Carlson

- From Raleigh, N.C. - Currently attending Wake Tech with the aspiration of learning how to properly maintain and repair cars
-Have been working out consistently since December 2021 but in past years I have participated many different sports, including football, basketball, and track
-Mainly focusing on both bettering my own and teaching others in neural fitness, hence the self-proclaimed title of “Reflexpert”

Bryce Dixon

-Has played numerous sports including football, basketball & track.
-Played collegiate football at NC State.
-Attended Green Hope High School and NC State
-Currently pursing a culinary arts degree.
-Joined Parisi in 2018 at the Durham location.

Johnny Brown

Im a senior at apex friendship highschool, I play football and baseball and love doing yoga in my spare time. I also enjoy teaching techniques that will help athletes improve there running form and self motivation.
