Meet your Host! - Sharon Goodman

From Sharon: “I create fitness programs that challenge participant’s true ability while promoting a
safe exercise regimen so they progress and succeed in ways they never thought
possible.

I grew up in Raleigh and went to Enloe High School. I earned my BS degree in Exercise
and Sport Science from UNC Greensboro. I am a certified Personal Trainer, Russian
Kettlebell Certified (RKC) Instructor and World Kettlebell Club Trainer. I’ve competed in road running races (5k through marathon), triathlons (sprint distance through several Ironman Triathlons), road cycling, kettlebell sport competitions and fitness competitions. Now I’m training to maintain my health and general fitness.

I look forward to providing you with a unique fitness program, you will love doing,
and supporting you to live a healthy lifestyle,”
