Meet your Host! - Eli Ingram

From Eli: “I served in the United States Armed Forces and served as a Special Operations soldier under Air force command. As a fitness leader and educator, and constant learner, I am attaining my Doctorate in Exercise Physiology. I currently hold an MS in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, and a Master’s Level Certification in Homeland Security. My journey in fitness education has allowed me to serve as a Content Developer at the International Sports Conditioning Association (ISCA), where I shape the future of fitness education and development. I contribute to the enhancement of educational programs and standards, authoring and co-authoring publications and certifications on exercise physiology, sports conditioning, and overall fitness. My passion is to empower fitness professionals and enthusiasts to reach their full potential and improve their health and wellness.”
