1-on-1 athletic training is personalized fitness coaching tailored to an individual athlete’s age, sport, skill level, and goals. It provides focused attention to improve performance, strength, endurance, agility, and confidence.
This training is for youth and teen athletes (ages 6–18+) of all skill levels—beginners, intermediate, or advanced—who want to improve their physical abilities, sport performance, or overall fitness.
Training can support any sport, including football, basketball, soccer, baseball, track, volleyball, tennis, and more. Sessions are customized to fit the demands of the athlete’s sport.
A typical session includes a dynamic warm-up, skill or sport-specific drills, strength and conditioning work, agility/speed training, and a cool-down/stretching phase. Each session is customized to the athlete’s goals and progress.
Sessions typically last 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the athlete’s age, fitness level, and focus areas.
2–3 times per week is ideal for consistent progress, but frequency depends on the athlete’s schedule, sport season, and goals.
