Kwame Dixon – Manager at Parisi Speed School in Raleigh / Apex, Retired Panther’s Wide Receiver, Football Coach at Holly Springs High School

Kwame Dixon

Kwame Dixon, a University of Pittsburgh graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, played wide receiver for the Panthers. He has over 31 years of experience coaching high school and collegiate-level football. Currently, he owns the Parisi Speed School of Raleigh in Apex, NC.

Dixon began his coaching career as a defensive graduate assistant coach at Boston College, working with Outside Linebackers and coaching eventual 1st round draft pick Mike Mamula of the Philadelphia Eagles. He then held positions at Northern Arizona University, coaching Archie Amerson, winner of the Walter Payton Award. Dixon later coached at the University of Rhode Island and NC Central University before transitioning to high school coaching.

As the Head Football Coach at Cambridge Rindge and Latin High School, Dixon achieved the highest winning percentage in history and was named 2003 Massachusetts Coach of the Year. He then coached at West Johnston High School, leading the team to its first-ever state playoff appearance. Dixon later coached at Green Hope High School, ending a 38-game winless streak in his first season and leading the team to the playoffs in five out of six years.

Currently, Dixon serves as the Offensive Coordinator and Quarterback Coach at Holly Springs High School. He has personally coached over 100 collegiate and high school student-athletes who have received various accolades.

In 2017, Dixon opened the Parisi Speed School of Raleigh, employing certified coaches who use science-based training methods to help athletes reach their potential.

Bryce Dixon - Retired D1 Athlete, Volunteers for Holly Springs Football

Bryce Dixon graduated from Greenhope High School, playing varsity football for three years. He excelled as a wide receiver and outside linebacker, earning All-Conference honors each year and winning team MVP in his senior year. Bryce received Division I scholarship offers from NC State, Old Dominion, Towson, and Akron.

In 2018, Coach Bryce earned his Parisi Speed School certification and joined Parisi Durham. He completed the Vertimax Training Course in 2021 and has taken college courses in health and fitness.

He volunteers with Holly Springs Football and has been Head Coach for Blackout, an 18+ team under Quality Control Athletics’ 7 on 7 program, for two seasons.

From Raleigh, North Carolina, I graduated from Wakefield High School in 2011 as a 1st team All-Conference Linebacker and Iron-Man award winner. I continued playing football at Louisburg College in 2012 and participated in the Graphic Edge Bowl.

After college, I developed a passion for athletic and personal training. Over nearly 8 years, I’ve earned certifications from the National Association of Fitness Certifications, Parisi Speed School, and CPR. I have extensive knowledge of the Marinovich Training system and plan to obtain my National Strength and Conditioning Certification.
