A Stronger Homeschool PE Option

Traditional PE often uses games and general recreation to keep children active. Parisi also teaches how young athletes move. Coaches break down running, acceleration, stopping, landing, balance, and strength technique, then progress drills with the athlete. This is not a league or single-sport practice; it builds a broad athletic foundation students can carry into many activities.
