In-Season Speed, Strength & Athletic Training in Raleigh, NC
Stay Strong. Stay Fast. All Season Long.
Your athlete works hard during the season. Their training should support that hard work, not leave them exhausted for their next game.
At Parisi Speed School of Raleigh, our In-Season Training Program helps youth and teen athletes maintain their speed, strength, mobility, and athletic performance while they’re actively competing.
With 45-minute sessions, twice per week, our certified coaches focus on keeping athletes strong, moving well, and ready to compete without the added fatigue of a full off-season training program.
Tell us a little about your athlete. Our team will reach out to discuss their sport, schedule, and goals. Tell us which two weekdays work best so we can finalize class days based on family interest.

- – Focused, coach-led sessions instead of extra high-volume conditioning
- – Training designed to complement team practices and game days

Our standard programs can build speed, strength, power, and other athletic qualities through progressively challenging training. In-season sessions are shorter and deliberately lower in volume, with an emphasis on maintenance and thoughtful intensity so training better complements a busy sports schedule
The program is designed to minimize unnecessary fatigue, but every athlete responds differently. Coaches take practice frequency, recent activity, and upcoming competition into account when selecting exercises and training intensity. Tell us about important game days or any existing fatigue during the evaluation.
Sessions are planned for 45 minutes, twice per week. Class days have not been finalized yet. Please select your two preferred weekdays in the form so we can choose times that work for interested families. Your selection is a preference, not a confirmed class schedule.
Properly designed, closely supervised, technique-focused resistance training can be appropriate for young people. Parisi uses age-appropriate progressions: younger athletes may begin with bodyweight movements, while older or more experienced athletes may use carefully monitored resistance. Parents should disclose injuries, medical conditions, or restrictions before training.
